I do not turn weddings into productions. Most of my work is covered with a lean setup, which keeps the day more relaxed and far less intrusive. That matters for couples who want honest coverage rather than a crowd of people and gear following them around.

LIFE AFLOAT, NOT BRAND THEATRE

I live full-time on a narrowboat and work digitally. That lifestyle naturally keeps things simpler. Less space. Less excess. More care in what gets carried, used, and delivered. It is not a marketing angle. It is simply how I live and work.

DIGITAL BY DEFAULT

Most of what I deliver is handled digitally, from planning and communication to final galleries and films. It is faster, simpler, and avoids unnecessary printing, postage, and waste.

HYBRID WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

For some weddings, a hybrid approach is the cleanest solution. It reduces crew size, keeps the coverage unobtrusive, and still gives you both film and stills. It is a practical choice, not just an aesthetic one.

TRAVEL WITH INTENTION

I travel widely for weddings across the UK, but I keep travel practical and purposeful. Some work happens locally. Some requires longer journeys. The aim is not to pretend weddings are impact-free. It is to work thoughtfully, keep things lean, and avoid excess where I can.

WHY IT MATTERS

This approach creates a better working atmosphere. Less staging. Less interruption. Less gear in your face. More room for the day to breathe. For many couples, that is just as important as the final images and films themselves.
